Haes Technologies Limited offers training on the operation of our Elan analogue addressable control panels. The one day course provides training on the programming features of the panel and is aimed at suitably competent engineers and therefore the course does not include training on the maintenance or installation of the panel.
The training course includes product demonstration and we encourage discussion by our attendees on the day. Please note, however, that the opinions given by the trainer and other attendees on the course are not to be considered advice and no responsibility or liability is accepted by Haes or any of our employees or representatives in relation to the adequacy or accuracy of any information given, comments made or opinions given during the course.

Places are limited on each course and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Attendance on our courses is free of charge and refreshments (including lunch) will be provided so please inform us of any dietary requirements and/or allergies of any attendee when we confirm the booking. You (or your colleagues for whom you book a place on our course) must observe all reasonable health and safety rules and regulations and security requirements that apply at the course premises and are communicated by our trainer.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the training course on the relevant date, however if events outside our control prevent us from providing the training course on any date, we will give the attendees as much notice as we can and offer any available places on alternative courses.
The morning session consists of 4 modules as per below with the afternoon dedicated to practical, hands on software cause & effect programming. We reserve the right to make any variations to the course which we consider necessary.
A certificate of attendance is awarded after the course has been completed.
